ATIVO, portuguese for active, focuses on home exercising, providing users who have limited time, space or money, with a set of simple and accessible tools that will allow them to perform series of 15 minute daily routines. ATIVO seeks to function with isometric resistance, involving the body’s own structure and ground. Its goal is to help the user develop a habit of daily physical activity to combat the sedentary lifestyle and promote long-term health. Moreover, ATVO blends in a home environment as a furniture ensemble, flexible for other uses while not being used for exercise.
